Just wanted to commend and congratulate both of you for putting up such an amazing show … wish I too could have been a part of it! I can imagine the hard work and trouble you both must have gone through to put up a show of such a scale in the 2nd year itself. It must be a great feeling to see smiles on the faces of the ‘models’ families. I wish you both all the success in your future projects. Mom and Ravi send their best wishes … It was the first time mom saw a live fashion show!

Dear W2W Family,

What an amazing event! Congratulations!

All the feedback I received was true to your mission and what you’d set out to achieve. What more could we ask for.. I received comments such as; “at last, a fashion show for real women”,  “I can’t believe it, you guys are real women on the catwalk”….and much more in that context.

My guests were stunned at the reality AND yet the gracefulness of the event. They were surprised that none of us were “traditional” pro-models but yet we all looked so beautiful and professional!

What a success!

On a personal note; I really wanted to thank you, with all my heart. This morning when I woke up and was sipping my tea; I just realised what had happened. Up until now, it all just seemed so surreal.

I NEVER thought it possible, but I actually just participated in a fashion show and walked the catwalk! (?)!  It’s like a Dr. Seuss book, is it snowing in Dubai today?

I would say it’s a dream come true but honestly I wouldn’t be telling the truth. I tend to keep my dreams to dreams where I feel it is possible. I do stretch them for a good old challenge.. But I wouldn’t have stretched it so far to say -  one day I am going to walk down the runway.

But I did… So this is actually a very strange dream come true… It really showed me a whole different LEVEL of daydreaming and setting new goals.

Dear Zareen and Merci,

Hats off to you. WOW!!! what an amazing event. It is all due to your hardwork and and enthusiasm that the event was such a success. “Very well organized” is what i kept hearing from all the guests. But only i and all the other participants knew that it wasnt just well organized on stage but it was in equal harmony back stage. Everyone knew what they had to do and Ahumdulillah there were no problems. Now that is what you call an absolute success.

I am so very proud to be a part of your beautiful initiative and such a vibrant team. Your organisation means a lot to small businesses like us. I would love to pursue this partnership in the future and be a member of Woman2Woman. Can’t wait for the get together and meet everyone again
